Alexander Lanz, Standing Invitee

Since early 2017, Alexander Lanz has been the Managing Director of the Happel Foundation, a grant-making foundation based in Lucerne. Prior to that, he served as COO of Vescore AG, a Swiss asset management company. Between October 2013 and June 2015, he was COO for the business areas Institutional Clients & Asset Management at Notenstein Privatbank AG.

Before that, he was engaged in different management positions at Bank Sarasin & Co Ltd. (now Bank J. Safra Sarasin). In 2004, Alexander Lanz graduated with a law degree from the University of Basel. In addition, he holds an Executive MBA with a specialisation in Global Leadership & Intercultural Management from the Institute for Communication & Management in Lucerne.
